Request of termination contract

  • Regards to the termination application
    • Please enter the required information in the fields below. There is a notice of termination period.
  • The procedures after the application
    • A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after submitting your application.
    • An email will be sent to the email address which you registered on the form with the subject [Guidance of contract termination(Estimated time: around 1 week from the application date)
  • Notes
    • Please note that we will only accept the application from the contracted person, not accept other people.
    • Please ensure that you will carefully read the following notes.

* We will not be able to cancel or change the termination date after submitting the application form for any reason.

* Regarding the termination date, if the document contains less than the specified termination period notice, the procedure will be carried out on the shortest termination date that adapts the termination period notice. (Please note that you will be responsible for the rent etc. till the termination date as per the conditions stated.)

* The termination period notice varies depending on the contract terms and conditions. Please ensure to check the "Lease Agreement" before proceeding.

* We will not accept applications from anyone other than the contracted person. If it turns out that the application was made by someone other than the proper applicant, the application itself may be canceled even after it has been accepted.

* If the termination date is over the renewal date, you will be required to pay the appointed renewal fee. No exemptions or reductions are possible.

* A copy of your application will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive it, your application may not have been completed correctly. Please contact us as soon as possible.

* Please do not use Katakana 1 byte

* The information you enter here will be disclosed to the necessary and appropriate extent, including the house repair contractor.

* If the content of the contract differs from the entered content, we may ask you to correct the content or refuse to accept the request.

* If you're unsure about your fire and explosion insurance policy details, please contact us at 03-6632-3674 or fill out our contact form for assistance with cancellation and the next steps.

* Please follow the procedure of the post office regarding moving out and changing the registered address on the internet site. Please note that if there is a misdelivery of mail after moving out, you will be charged for handling it.

* If you have an Internet contracted by yourself, please complete the termination procedure, including removal of the line, etc., before you leave.
